Piers Morgan, who is a big fan of Arsenal and Cristiano Ronaldo, responded to former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney who suggested to Eric Tendt that Ronaldo should be left out of the game against Liverpool.
Last week, Ronaldo played as a striker for Manchester United in a 4-0 loss to Brentford and failed to show anything.

Ronaldo has been eager to leave the team throughout the summer and has not joined the pre-season training program at all.
United will host Liverpool tonight at Old Trafford, and Rooney suggested that Ronaldo should be left out of the team's starting lineup along with Marcus Rafford.

"The team failed to buy another striker, so they had to use Ronaldo in the match against Brentford. He was the one who didn't practice with the team all summer. He looks like he's not ready for the games yet."
"If I were Eric Tenhardt, I wouldn't add Cristiano Ronaldo. Marcus Rafford is the same. We need people who can play to their full potential on the field," Rooney said in an interview with The Times.
